3.12 csDRIVE:Touren ziehen: Unterschied zwischen den Versionen

3.12.1 Mit dieser automatischen Dispositionsfunktion kann das Fahrpersonal Touren an sich selbst versenden.

3.12.2 Voreinstellung ATV

Damit sich das Fahrpersonal selbst Touren ziehen, also disponieren kann, muss in cs JOB unter Vorgaben > Dispoplan > Dispotopfgruppen in den entsprechenden Dispotopfgruppen die Automatische Tourenvergabe (ATV) angehakt sein.

3.12.3 "Touren ziehen" öffnen

Unter Burger-Menü > Touren ziehen wird die Funktion aktiviert.

3.12.4 Eingabe der Containernummer

Anschließend auf die Schaltfläche "Containernummer" tippen.

Es öffnet sich eine Eingabemaske. Dort wird die Containernummer eingegeben.

3.12.4.1 3.1. Ungültige Containernummer

Ist die Nummer ungültig, erscheint ein entsprechender Hinweis auf dem Display. Es besteht nun die Möglichkeit die Nummer zu korrigieren. Das System prüft nun zunächst die Gültigkeit der Nummer.

3.12.4.2 Containernummer vorhanden?

Ist die Nummer gültig, so wird geprüft ob es eine Fahrt gibt, die die eingegebene Containernummer enthält.

3.12.4.2.1 Containernummer unbekannt

Gibt es keine entsprechende Fahrt, so wird ein Hinweis eingeblendet: "Containernummer unbekannt."

3.12.4.2.2 Containernummer bekannt

Gibt es eine solche Fahrt, so wird diese direkt disponiert und zugewiesen.

Wurde eine passende Tour gefunden, so wird abgefragt, ob der Fahrer noch weitere Container melden möchte. Falls ja, so wird wieder die Eingabemaske geöffnet. Erst wenn der Fahrer keinen weiteren Container eingeben möchte, werden die zuvor disponierten Fahrten zu einer Tour verbunden und diese an die Fahrer-App des Fahrers geschickt.

3.12.5 Tour wird erstellt

Das System erstellt nun alle relevanten Papiere im PDF-Format und sendet die Tour und die Papiere an cs DRIVE. Der Status der Fahrt wechselt in cs PLAN zu "bestätigt".
