3.14 csDRIVE:Fahrzeugschäden: Unterschied zwischen den Versionen

Tritt ein Schaden am Fahrzeug, dem Anhänger oder dem Chassis auf, kann dieser direkt in der App dokumentiert und an cs JOB übermittelt werden. Die GPS-Ortung und der Zeitstempel des Schadens werden automatisch aufgezeichnet. Der Schaden wird auf das Schadensmodul des LKWs übertragen und kann vom Werkstattteam eingesehen werden, bevor der Fahrer zurück auf den Hof kommt.

3.14.1 "Fahrzeugschäden" öffnen

Unter Burger-Menü > Fahrzeugschäden ist die Schadenserfassungsmaske zu finden.

3.14.2 Schaden dokumentieren

3.14.2.1 Schaden hinzufügen

Falls Schäden dokumentiert werden sollen, einfach auf die Schaltfläche tippen.

3.14.2.2 Angaben Schaden

In der Maske wird der Ort des Schadens, also ob an Fahrzeug oder Anhänger/Chassis,

sowie die Schadensart erfasst und die Eingaben mit dem grünen Button bestätigt.

3.14.2.3 Foto Schaden

Über die integrierte Fotofunktion können nun ergänzend Fotos des Schadens hinzugefügt werden.

Dazu einfach in der Erfassungsmaske nach unten scrollen und auf die Schaltfläche Foto hinzufügen tippen.

Es öffnet sich dann die Kamerafunktion. Der Fahrer macht per Fingertipp auf den Auslöse-Button ein Foto.

und fügt es mit dem Haken rechts oben der Dokumentation hinzu, bzw. tippt er auf das X wenn das Foto verworfen werden soll.

3.14.2.4 Markierung Schaden

Der Schaden kann jetzt noch markiert werden. Am unteren Bildschirmrand befindet sich eine Farbauswahl für die Markierungen, zwei Pfeile für Rückgängig und Wiederherstellen sowie Abbruch.

Mit dem grünen Button unten rechts wir das Bild mit den Markierungen bestätigt und gespeichert. Es können beliebig viele Fotos hinzugefügt werden.

3.14.2.5 Erfassung bestätigen

Ist die Schadensdokumentation fertig, werden die Eingaben wieder mit Tipp auf den grünen Button bestätigt.

3.14.3 Übersicht Schäden

Abschließend erscheint eine Übersicht der angelegten Schäden und Fotos. An dieser Stelle besteht die Möglichkeit noch weitere Schäden zu erfassen. Sind alle Angaben gemacht, dann wird die Dokumentation mit dem grünen Button abgeschlossen und die Daten werden an cs JOB übermittelt.

3.14.4 Anzeige Schaden in cs JOB

Der Schaden wird dann in cs JOB in Fuhrparkmanagement > Fahrzeuge > Fahrzeugschäden > Liste angezeigt.

Falls der Schaden speziell zu einer Fahrt erfasst wurde, ist er zusätzlich noch im Schaden-Reiter der Fahrt zu finden Auftragsbearbeitung > Auftragsliste > Details > Schaden.
